Curry India encourages healthy ordering.
Like Australians, when cooking at home Indians eat a well balanced healthy meal to include the five food groups.
To date however, Australians have been taught to order a meat dish and carbohydrates of some kind when ordering out.
In considering the health of our customers, Curry India has developed a number of balanced meals containing meat and a variety of fresh vegetables.
Curry India also encourages the inclusion of a vegetable dish or a delicious inexpensive light side salad if vegetables are not included in your total order.... food for thought so to speak.
